Carole Sheffield

Founding Member

Carole Sheffield is a shareholder in the Philadelphia law office of Anderson Kill P.C., where she concentrates her practice in tax, trusts and estates, to include planning, administration and litigation. Ms. Sheffield attended the Beasley School of Law, Temple University where she earned a JD in 1996 and an LL.M. in Taxation in 2002, graduating first in her class and was awarded the first annual Faculty award for Taxation. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Her clients include high net worth individuals, financial institutions, closely held businesses and not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Sheffield handles complex matters of federal and state tax preparation of estate, gift, fiduciary income and personal income tax returns for trusts and estates. Prior to entering the field of law, Ms. Sheffield earned an M.B.A. from the Fox Business School, Temple University in 1985 with a concentration in Finance. Upon graduation Ms. Sheffield was accepted into Fidelity Bank’s (now Wells Fargo), management training program where she interned throughout several departments to ultimately become a Vice President in Commercial and Consumer Market Research, analytics. It is because of Ms. Sheffield’s predictive modeling experience in banking that she returned to school and is currently looking forward to graduating from Harvard’s Business Analytics Program in 2021 to receive an Executive Certificate.
